Alexa Plant Food Uluwatu temple totally stole

Uluwatu temple totally stole my heart. Beyond breathtaking. I already miss the countries I have traveled to like Japan and Bali. They're both so different but both intrigue me in such an interesting way. Now ready for a adventure in Thailand... Off to move my body and eat some delicious fruit for perfect start to my day ✨

This food was so packed with flavor and clearly so beautiful. We also devoured the most amazing smoothies before this meal. I got a banana passion fruit, and Kristin got pineapple ginger πŸ˜‹ we were pretty darn happy after our first vegan meal in Thailand ✨

Last night was our last dinner in Bali. This is a traditional Balinese meal. Gado gado; veggies, peanut sauce and tempeh, red rice, yellow curry and lawar; a spicy green bean salad. All so delicious but so excited for the THAI FOOD, as Kristin and I just got to Ching Mai Thailand!!!! Let me know if you have any recommendations of vegan places, places to see and things to do✨

Leaving Bali! So bitter sweet. There is so many things I love about Bali like the delicious vegan food, the temples, the culture but the thing I will miss the most are the people!! They're so genuine and kind hearted. Now headed to Thailand with @veganlioness !!!!! Ahhhhh.. so excited. Hoping to meet more beautiful vegans (see Kristins last post! πŸ€—) and experience the Thai culture ✨

Alexa Plant Food MY TRAVEL EXPERIENCE. Let's

MY TRAVEL EXPERIENCE. Let's take it back to a Bali pic (when Kristin and I discovered a blender in our Airbnb and it was the best day everrr because we made NICE CREAM) So tomorrow is my last full day in Thailand before a journey back home. One month ago I left everything I knew to be comfortable. I packed a backpack and traveled internationally alone for the first time. I experienced different cultures, language barriers, learned about religions and traditions, tasted the most authentic foods, got lost several times, laughed so hard I couldn't breathe, and smiled so much my cheeks hurt. Experiencing the Japanese, Balinese/ Indonesian, Thai culture has been an absolute blessing and I can't wait to see more of the world.

One out of our 5 course cooking class meals! Papaya salad 😍Hit up Kristin and I for a 5 course Thai meal! πŸ˜‰Today was so awesome learning from a kind and talented local Thai. We picked fresh herbs and produce from her garden and cooked in her traditional thai home. We were so grateful to have the opportunity to learn from such a kind and genuine teacher! The food was beyond amazing!!!!!

Best way to start your day. Hydrating whole fooooooooods! ✨

Iv seen over 12 temples since my travels that started June 6. Each one is so beautiful and unique in its own way. Each time I feel so inspired, interested and in complete awe. I feel so lucky to be able to whiteness and sometimes be apart of others religions, cultures and ceremonies. ✨
