
Gigantic bowl of veggies (seasoned with @spicemode ๐) and jasmine rice after a 5 mile run! You guys let's talk fitness. I don't often talk about fitness or exercise because it's not my expertise ๐ but one piece of advice that I do have for staying active is choosing an activity or multiple activities that YOURE into and excited about. It's the only way to stay consistent with staying active. Trust me I have tried so many things and the mistake I have made is forcing myself to do certain workouts that I hate. I also have a past of exercise addiction (yes I think it's a serious and a real thing). I was constantly thinking about exercising, over working my body(while not eating enough) and unhealthilyloosing weight and I let it affect my mental health. It is so important to do what's right for your body and for your mind... everyone's lifestyle is different. Do what works for you... if you don't know the answer yet, keep trying, try new hobbies, sports, exercise or even take the time to just go for a simple walk outside!

Happy Friday babes! Woke up feeling great but my students thought otherwise ๐ 6:30 am this morning one of my students looks at me and says "wow looks like someone didn't get enough sleep last night, good thing you brought your caffeine" *sips green tea ๐ต ๐ my kiddos keep work interesting on a daily.... Acai bowl (using @acairoots ) sounds so amazing right now. Don't you guys wish you can look through a ig feed and click "order" and have it delivered to you?!๐น @instagram plz make it happen.
