Quinoa burger bagel sandwiches with all the works for a fast dinner ! Made a batch of fresh bagels this week and threw together these sandwiches in less then 20 mins! Used @qrunchorganics and they were ๐Ÿ”ฅ! Such great texture and flavor❣️ what did you all have for dinner ? I’m curious ๐Ÿ™ƒ & also it could give others inspo! #bagel #vegan
RECIPE!
Serves 2 or 1 hungry @chancythevegan (he ate two of these!) Quinoa burger bagel sandwich
Ingredients
2 bagels
2 @qrunchorganics patty (we used the spicy buffalo)
1 avocado
1 lime
1/4 red onion,thinly sliced
1 tomato, sliced
1 handful microgreens or sprouts
2 tbsp vegan Mayo or vegan cheese spread (optional)
Method
1. Follow the directions of the @qrunchorganics box!
2. Place sliced bagel in toaster
3. Mash avocado in a small bowl and squeeze juice of one lime, add a pinch of salt and pepper
4. Assemble that bad boy and enjoy ❣️

Buffalo Cauliflower Wings!!!

INGREDIENTS
1 head of cauliflower
1 1/4 Cup unsweetened soy milk or any plant milk
1 Cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp of paprika
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1 Cup frank’s red hot sauce or any vegan buffalo sauce

Seasoned Fries
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp of paprika
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
4-6 russet potatoes, peeled

Vegan Ranch
1/2 cup vegan mayo, I used the brand “follow your heart”
1/4 cup unsweetened soy milk
2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1/4tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
