Alexa Plant Food I woke up this

I woke up this morning to 10k humans following my little journey here on Instagram. I am seriously so grateful for all the love, comments, messages I get from you guys. It makes my heart so happy and full of joy. A little over a year ago I posted a picture of a smoothie bowl. It was in the beginnings of my journey to my vegan lifestyle. I felt so excited to be able to express my self through food photography, recipe writing and pouring out my thoughts for you all nearly everyday. I always am extremely transparent with my thoughts and feelings because I just want you guys to know who I am, and it seriously rocks my world to receive comments and messages from some of guys saying you can relate to me or my words touched you in some way. SO THANK YOU. SO MUCH ✨

YESSSS. After snacking on some watermelon this morning, my mom (@lillianfsoto) , @chancy94 and I all each had one of these peanut butter, chocolate, banana, granola, nice cream jar thingy... Haha🙈 believe me when I say I would be so stoked to make each and everyone of you guys one of these. One day I would totally host a nice cream party. 🙃🤗

Sleepy eyes/ messy hair but happy as heck to have this beautiful abundance of WATERMELON IN FALL? Usually here in California summer time is the prime time for watermelon. But the heat lately is bringing in more melons😏 hehe. The yellow and orange watermelons are from @jrorganicsfarm 10/10 recommend! 🙆🏻

PLANTS ARE SO BEAUTIFUL! I can't tell you guys enough how happy eating plant foods make me feel. I'm thinking of filming a video about the benefits of going vegan with chancy too! @chancy94 is one of the last people I ever imagined going vegan... I don't think he ever thought he was make the switch either. He's so passionate about his choice to go vegan and I think it would be fun for him to share his story soon on my yt channel 🤔 he's supper inspiring and I know you guys would love to hear his long journey to this lifestyle ✨
