What did everyone have for dinner tonight?

Beans, rice, salsa, bell peppers, zucchini, hummus and a sprinkle of fresh dill!

@chancythevegan And I made dinner tonight while we blasted @johnmayer...Baked Japanese sweet potatoes loaded with lentil dal, broccoli, roasted chickpeas, purple cabbage, cherry tomatoes! Let me know if you guys want the recipe. It tasted as amazing as they sounds.

Made flat bread and then it quickly became a pizza?🤔 hehe I'm okay with that. Especially when there is avo involved.
