Juice of 1 lime
1/4 cup cilantro
1 avocado
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp Nutrtional yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 garlic cloves

Since returning from the traumatic peru trip over a month ago I had to repair my immune system and health. Being vegan unfortunately does not mean you're always indestructible ๐ when chancy and I spent 4 days cooped up in a small room in a third world country, sick, upset and helpless, I couldn't help but feel stressed. WOW! Honestly I have said it before I am a tough critic when it comes to dining out for vegan food ๐ Hence why @chancythevegan and I cook ourselves only go to plumeria & plant powered ๐ BUT OH BOY, @donnajeansd has stole my heart and has become my favorite vegan restaurant... (plumeria is vegetarian ๐) I know I know, crazy ๐ the new menu at Donna jean is AMAZING. If you live in San Diego or are visiting (vegan or not) stop by and treat yourself to an incredible meal. Okay I am done raving you guys have to try it all for yourselves ๐ pictured is:

Over night oats are my go to for market days! I make them Saturday nights with a super simple recipe I will put below ❤️
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Topped with fruit from the California farm I work for ๐ซ
