Vegan "fish" tacos are up on my website! Most of you guys probably don't know that Spanish was my first language 😌 I love that I speak two languages and appreciate the culture I was brought up in. I grew up in a culture full of love & LOTS of MEXICAN FOOD. Excited to let you guys in on a little secret.. the next @blissfulgatherings menu will be Mexican themed... you guys have no idea how stoked I am 😍 can't wait to create the menu.

Wow wow wow. What a night. @blissfulgatherings 02 happened and my heart is so happy. Can't thank the beautiful guests enough for coming out. You guys have no idea how much I LOVE creating, cooking and spending time in the kitchen. To be able to cook for 20+ people is surreal. It seriously makes me happy to make someone's tummy and heart happy 🙈 thanks to the lovely San Diego local companies for making our pop up dinners so special! Alcoholic kombucha @boochcraft , teas & lemonades @drinksolti , stunning flowers @thefloralcraft , organic delicious produce @jrorganicsfarm! I over think everything, question myself and my mind is always running...you're the one thing that I just know, and never once question& I just feel safe. Since the moment I met you, there was something driving me to just let it all happen, no over thinking, no questioning, no nerves. It's easy peasy when you're always on the same wave length.
