VEGAN BUFFALO FRIES! (Recipe is in my bio)
Here in San Diego buffalo wings over fries covered in ranch is a thing. SO...@chancythevegan and I veganized it so you can feel like a million bucks after eating it ๐Ÿ˜‰ No but seriously, food is not supposed to make you feel like crap. It's our fuel& I am always here to turn your favorites into a healthier option... also I swear this tastes 10/10. My mouth is watering looking at it... okay bye ๐Ÿ™ˆ

Carmalized banana nut oats.
RECIPE
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup water
1/2 cup almond milk
1 banana
1 tsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp @navitasorganics maca powder
1 tbsp @salbachia chia seeds
1 tbsp @jemorganics or any nut butter
1-2 tbsp walnuts
1 tbsp coconut shreds
METHOD
1. In a sauce pan combine oats, water, almond milk, maca,cinnamon, and half a mashed banana. Cook on medium to low heat for 3-4 minutes or until oatmeal is creamy.
2. Slice the other half of the banana in half ^ like pictures above. Brush maple syrup on the bottom of the banana and put on a small pan on medium heat. Cook for 1 minute or until carmalized.
3. Pour oatmeal into a bowl and top with carmalized banana, chia seeds, coconut shreds, nut butter and enjoy ๐Ÿ˜˜
