HEALTHY EDIBLE VEGAN cookie dough.
Eat with ice cream or my favorite...by the spoonful.

EDIBLE COOKIE DOUGH RECIPE
1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans
1 cup oat flour
1/2 cup almond butter
8 medjool dates (pitted)
1/2 cup 100% maple syrup
1/2 cup @lilys_Sweets_chocolate
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
Method:
1. Place pitted dates, garbanzo beans, maple syrup & almond butter into a food processor or high speed blender and pulse until mixture begins to form.
2. Once mixture is blended and smooth scoop into a large mixing bowl. Add oat flour, cinnamon, salt and chocolate chips and mix until cookie dough begins to form! Taste and adjust sweetness by adding additional maple syrup or a couple tbsp of coconut sugar.

The recipe I made at @libfestival in the Learning kitchen were these: Smokey tempeh tacos with cashew sour cream ! Tag a friend and grab the recipe!
Smokey tempeh:
1 package tempeh
2 tbsp Tamari
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp liquid smoke
Method:
Combine maple syrup, liquid smoke& Tamari in a bowl and whisk together. Slice tempeh and place in the bowl, coat each piece with the sauce and set aside for 20 minutes. Then place either in a preheated oven at 375 d F for 10 mins, or place on a pan and cook for 3 minutes in each side!
Sautéed veg:
2-3 bell peppers (any color works)
1 Yellow onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Method:
Thinly slice onion and bell peppers and sauté for 10-15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste!
Cashew sour cream
3/4 cup raw cashews (soaked for at least 1 hour in filtered water)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp white vinegar
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
Method
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth!

Corn tortillas
Radish
Microgreens
Avo
