When I was 20 years old I went to Japan on my first solo trip ever! I’m dreaming of the day I could go back. On every corner in Tokyo is a 7-11 where there are tons of various onigiris filled with all types of things! I would get the bean and seaweed ones ๐Ÿ˜ Tested out some today for dinner and they were so yummy. Once I nail a few different various kinds I will share a recipe! HEALTHY VEGAN ARTICHOKE DIP!
A dip that is just as addictive but miles healthier. Tag a friend who loves artichoke dip too and snag the ingredients down below! ❣️
1 (14 ounce) package of firm tofu
1 cup raw almonds
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1/4 tsp pepper
3 cups chopped spinach
1/2 cup unsweetened (plain) almond milk
3 (14 ounce can) artichoke hearts, in water
For dipping:
Baguette
crackers (I like Mary’s crackers)
cucumber
carrot
radish
bell pepper

INGREDIENTS
Cauliflower rice & quinoa
1 cup uncooked quinoa (I used tri-colored but any kind would work perfect)
1/2 cauliflower (reserve other half for fillings)
4 tbsp store bought hummus (plain)
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
Fillings
1/2 cauliflower
2 avocados
Asparagus
2 Sweet potatoes
1/2 Tofu block, extra firm & high protein if possible (I purchase mine from Trader Joe’s)
2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Other ingredients
Seaweed sheets (6-8)
Soy sauce Or tamari (for dipping)
Sesame seeds
